Bulk cee is great, the only complaint is usually the taste.

I got some CEE about a week ago. I like it. I notice I am not nearly as sore and I feel like I could get a few extra reps.

I usually take in about 5 grams split up in a 2:2:1 ratio throughout the day.

Ironmag CEE is fine. The biggest benefit I find is equal or better performance on sets with shorter rest intervals. I also may have noticed a better pump, but it might have just been in my head. lawl, the pump!!!
