Someone commented something about ala to me. Ring any bells? I use very little sups and know very little about em. I use whey, CEE, and a good multi and thats about it. After 11 years of this, theres just so much new stuff out now!
I took some BCAA's in liquid form about 5 or 6 years ago. I dont know that I notticed anything, but I was also 19 a well. Any good brands to recommend? |

Well, i've heard nothing but good things about Xtend, but I personally make my own BCAA drink for my workouts. BCAA, CM, water and gatorade

keep your protein high (a serving every 2-3 hours), and BCAA's are helpful before, during and after your work-out.

![]() There have been a decent number of studies on the efficacy of CLA, but most of them have been done on animals. I think a clinical study came out relatively recently that was in support of it, but I don't have that reference offhand. You can read a little more about it here (one of my favorite supplement websites) http://supplementwatch.com/suplib/su...templateId=100 I'd be curious to know what opinion the rest of you hold on CLA. I've been thinking about starting on it again. |
