I have been using Kre-Alkalyn for a couple of weeks now, and I honestly like it better than CEE.

I take pill form, I'm not really sure if its available in powder. It proposes that its PH balanced so that your body more effectivly absorbs it and doesnt convert it to creatinine which is a waste product. Therefore you dont have to take 15 grams per day to get an effective 5 grams out of that. It all depends on what you respond to though, I respond to all creatine forms but I like the convenience of Kre-Alkalyn the best.

here's a good discussion on what exactly it is and how it differs from regular creatine monohydrate. bb.com also has an article exclusively on CEE,but you may get a headache from all the science it goes into. |
