Myozene is a decent blend--although I do have some disagreements with a few ingredients--I'm partial to Relentless when it comes to the hydro whey/carb type of mixture.
Generally speaking, you're much better off buying creatine on its own rather than mixed into a powder blend of some kind. It's best to just get like a kilo of creatine monohydrate so you can control the dosage easily... and it's economical. |

i would say get the myozene or replenish for post workout, and get protein for during the day and creatine for pre workout. i see no need for dex or malto in that scenario.

That post workout insulin spike is an overhyped idea. It's much better to get a smooth, non-spiked insulin release. Medium-low glycemic carbs are good for that. Forget about the dex/malto.
Replenish is a good one. But if money is tight, just mix water, whey protein, banana, oats, and frozen berries together in a blender. Nothing can beat that mix. |
