    Need advice about Andro

I've been working out for about three and a half years. I've made good gains but now I constantly hit plateus. I work out intensly, eat clean, and eat a lot. I'm thinking about trying andro to break the plateu and was wondering if you guys could provide as much info about it as possible. I picked up AST's 19-Nor-3-Andro this weekend and would like to know what you think about its effectiveness, side effects, how to cycle it, whether I should take an estrogen blocker, and what I should take after the cycle to boost my natural T production.
    Thanks in advance!

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but the diones and diols are pretty much useless. They pretty much get filtered out by the liver in the first pass! And besides, you are only 25, right? Usually these don't do much for guys your age seeing your natural t-levels are higher than older guys! There are some new supps out now that really do work great! The compounds in these convert to 1-test and are not filtered out by the liver. Ergopharm 1-ad and syntrax sauce and Biotest Mag10. There may be a few more. I have used the first two and they are super! You are suppose to take three a day, but according to your weight, you may be able to take 6 a day. In about two weeks, you will notice a significant increase! 15 to 20 lbs is not uncommon! There are threads on this in supplements if you care to read more!

    1-Test products!

AST has a good article on the effects of Androstenedione if you want to read it.

Paul Cribb sites studies to back up his statements. He seems more reliable than other "articles" I've read.

He also says they only sell stuff that is backed up by studies.

You may be right, if you've been into supplements a long time you get cynical.

prohormones are junk. There have been no studies done by reputable human performance labs that show guaranteed results. The cons far out weight the pros when it comes to prohormones.
