Creatine mono

I responded to mono a few months back. Took 5gm a day, every alternate day for 2 months. Though I went for phosphagen hp.

Asking: any creatine mono products you guys recommend not loaded with sugars like EAS and dont taste that bad

Thank you.

Try DYMATIZE creatine mono. It's cheap and should be what your looking for. Most creatine mono is similar because it's haard to screw up,so don't spend alot on a name brand.

you can buy regular creatine monohydrate in a powder form without the added crap if you want.

You could probably get a good plain creatine mono at your local Wal-Mart.

Thanks guys, for all ur responses. I looked up at bulk nutrition. They got so many creatine products, I got kinda overwhelmed. I looked up Dymatize and ultrapure and a few other random clicks. All look pure creatine.
phosphagen was loaded with sugars so it obviously tasted yum, but i doub't any of these will. not complaining. so how does pure creatine mixed in water taste?

wondering if any of you guys preferred some other creatine that had just a bit of the "other" stuff, but not as bloated as EAS phosphagen, and it tasted just ok.

I take the body fortress stuff from walmart

19 bucks for 3 lbs, works just fine

although you can tell its not quite as "micronized" as the more expensive stuff (i think thats how you say it

I also have used their whey protien, not bad tasting

Pure creatine mono has a gritty taste to it.It's not real appealing but not to bad.I prefer some carbs with my creatine and I think Phosphagen HP is about your average run of the mill formula.I know Cell Tech has even more carbs.
