    BCAA's

This has probably been posted a gazillion times, but in searching the threads I couldn't find an exact answer..

While researching on what the dosage should be for BCAA's, I found a creatinestore website that mentioned that daily recommended allowance per day for

    Leucine is 1120 mg
    Isoleucine is 650-700 mg

These were for a 187 lb male... I couldn't find a recommendation for valine, just a statement that you should be careful about not ingesting very high levels, but what is considered a high level??

Ok - question being - I have bcaa's that have (per 6 capsules) 2250 mg Leucine, 1125 mg isoleucine and 1125 mg Valine... So would 4 a day(before & after my workout), instead of six be better for me? Female, 133 lbs (currently) and cutting. Ending weight will be around 126 or so

    any comments would be appreciated.

agreed. Leucine is a great AA with very good benefits. I would suggest 6 instead of only 4.
