Going to try a sample of this stuff for tonights workout.It is a creatine so I doubt I will see anything very impressive the first time out but I will post my one time workout results with it.

That was my last attempt at trying a new drink - Storm. Really didn't see (for me) any really noticeable difference, only a small pump.

My favorite for massive pumps is Gaspari's Super Pump. A little on the pricey side, but good flavor. I can take it personally, because my system can't handle it and I'm on the toilet all day after.

My 2 cents worth.

I'm trying Dymatize Expand Energize right now, only one day into it, so I can't comment on that yet.

I also recieved a free sample of it, and wasn't very impressed.

I gave my sample a shot and here's what I found.

Pump-0 I didn't expect the pump from a creatine formula the first time out especially.

Energy-0 Not really designed for energy or intensity.

Taste-Grape-6 The taste wasn't to bad.

Over all-2.I only tried it on this one occasion but am certain I would not buy it.
