Getting enough protein from diet, taking vitamins, anything missing for a bulk?

Background.
24, 183cm, about 80kg/175lb, probably 8%bf. Ecto.

3/wk weights, 3-4/wk cardio, personal trainer, limited knowledge, (and interest up to this point) in supplements.

Not interetsted in creatine, or any supplement to give me more intensity during a workout etc.

Aiming to add lean mass, get to 83kg (first goal, then re-evaluate). I dont want to go out and buy 513 supplements to get massive, I want to to this the basic way and make sure my training and diet is effective if it's what im going to do for clients.

BUT - if theres something I'm missing out on that will make adding lean mass much easier, then great. L-glutamine, whatever.

Eating 160g protein/day from chicken/eggs. (2g/kg bodyweight)

Taking a multi, C/horseradix/garlic, 1000mg C, and Omega3.
Intakes
2000mg/day Omega3 tabs
1325mg/day Vitamin C (combined)
basic multi complex from supermarket.

What, if anything, would you look at adding to this, and why? (based on personal experience only please)

Thanks.

get the carbs up.

eat your veggies

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

I'd take an R-ALA product like Glucophase XR 30 minutes before your postworkout meal for better nutrient partitioning. It's also a nice antioxidant.
