Pro Source 2007 Supplement Guide

I got it in the mail the other day, and they ranked the best products according to subject ie. Energy, creatine, protien powder....etc. I noticed that a lot of the number ones and twos were non-name brand supplements. Is this a worthy source of supplements? Should I go by what they recomend?

I use to get this guide but noticed that their brands were always highest or close to highest rated.They are the only place that still pushes the original Cytodine supp from Cytodine Tech.I wouldn't mind buying from them but wouldn't use their 5 star rating system.

I wouldnt put to much into what pro source ranks. They rank their products first and that tells me enough. Not that their products are bad, but they sure dont hold back. I haave used their creatine, glutamine, and their multi vitamin. All seem to be ok.
