Reply With Quotei've only used no shotgun out of the ones you mentioned. I liked it, i didn't notice any more of a pump but i did recovery quicker between sets and felt i had more then enough energy. Biggest thing i noticed was my recovery time between workouts was 1-2 days quicker.

CEX vs. NO Shotgun
Hi guys,
I've read a bunch of threads but am trying to figure out what is best for me. what is the main difference btw CEX or any CEE vs. NO Shotgun/Explode?? Arent they both creatines? I'm guessing that the NO Explode/Shotgun also have the redline formula in them? So they give you that energy burst, etc. Is this correct? I want a new creatine but dont want the added effects of caffeine, etc. Would I be best off w/ CEX? Thanks guys

Cee is just creatine. The other two you mentioned have other ingredients, including arginine.

NO explode is mainly caffiene, its not that great of a product for pumps or size, its really more for a kick

The only difference I notice between NO Explode and an say an energy drink is I get pretty close to throwing up every workout on the energy drinks, and with the NO Explode I get more energy from it and I feel better leaving the gym then when I came in. Originally Posted by 0pete9

I just bought CEX. I'll let you guys know how it works for me....came close to getting the NO Shotgun but I dont want/need that rush before my workout I feel...we'll seeee
