How effective are branch chain amino acid supps. Waste of money or worth doing the research on them?

I do like straight powder BCAA's for the price. Powder doesn't dissolve though, you put it in your mouth and wash it down with water.

with all of the questionable things that people take looking for results, bcaa's are one of the few with enough scientific backing to warrant their inclusion. i personally use and enjoy lemonade xtend. i use a hand mixer and it mixes perfectly, however it takes a bit longer. if you use a shaker bottle or a spoon the best way is you mix it up then let it sit for a few minutes, then shake again.

Didn't do anything for me but neither did CEE or Superdrol so take that with a grain of salt. Currently using Jungle Warfare and it's doing zippity doo dah for me also. However Anabolic Matrix worked Extremely well for me.

Hmmm... sounds like you need the same steroids that The Hulk does.

I'm using and xtend and have used it in the past. The vitamin shoppe I have to go to doesn't carry regular BCAA powder. The manager hadn't even heard of it before. "roll eyes"

I live in New York and New Jersey... you can find anything at any time of any day.

if superdrol didnt work for you, then the issue is with you, not the supplements.

meh I dont think so, I've heard that superdrol did little or nothing for other people too, I have no problem building muscle.
