Physical Fitness Test - what to take

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
This coming Monday I have a PFT (Physical Fitness Test), which comprises of pullups, crunches, and a three-mile run. Although I'm confident in my abilities, I'm always looking to push the envelope.

I'm looking for a solid pre-workout boost, even if it's nothing spectacular. Just something to really prime me up. I've read a few things here, and tried a few things there. Here is what I currently use when I'm ready to go to work for an important session -

-Calcium tabs, I was told they aid in muscle contractions. 1.2g of calcium carbonate. Serving also comes with 300mg Vit C, 600mg Magnesium, and 50mg Betaine.
-Sobe No-Fear drink... shit gets me going for cardio like none other.

Is there anything else I should look into? I know it is not wise to push supplements, but if there is something that would aid in performance then I'd look into it. I take a multivitamin, which would be downed around an hour/hour and a half before the test. Would CEE be beneficial before? Maybe some other vitamins?

Sometimes you just feel tired, u feel weak
And when you feel weak, you feel like you wanna just give up
But you gotta search within you, try to find that inner strength
and just pull that shit out of you
And get that motivation to not give up, and not be a quitter
No matter how bad you wanna just fall flat on your face, and collapse..

Yes, OCS is my goal! After this PFT I plan to submit for admission into this summer's PLC program.

You may want to have alot of pasta (complex carbs)a few hours before bedtime and maybe try something like Fast Twitch an hour before you start your test.

True, I'll be devouring a good serving before bed. Appreciate the input.
