Physical Fitness Test - what to take
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com This coming Monday I have a PFT (Physical Fitness Test), which comprises of pullups, crunches, and a three-mile run. Although I'm confident in my abilities, I'm always looking to push the envelope.
I'm looking for a solid pre-workout boost, even if it's nothing spectacular. Just something to really prime me up. I've read a few things here, and tried a few things there. Here is what I currently use when I'm ready to go to work for an important session - -Calcium tabs, I was told they aid in muscle contractions. 1.2g of calcium carbonate. Serving also comes with 300mg Vit C, 600mg Magnesium, and 50mg Betaine. -Sobe No-Fear drink... shit gets me going for cardio like none other. Is there anything else I should look into? I know it is not wise to push supplements, but if there is something that would aid in performance then I'd look into it. I take a multivitamin, which would be downed around an hour/hour and a half before the test. Would CEE be beneficial before? Maybe some other vitamins? |

You may want to have alot of pasta (complex carbs)a few hours before bedtime and maybe try something like Fast Twitch an hour before you start your test.
