help me out with supplements

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
Hey, I just started training and I use two supplements. First one I take is cell-tech and I have been taking this for about 1 and a half years already I am a swimmer and use this after each practice. The next supplement is mass-tech both are made by muscle-tech. On workout days I like to take the cell-tech right after working out and then take the mass-tech about 30 min later is this good or should I take mass-tech first. Idont really know much thats why I'm asking you guys.

Cell-Tech should NEVER be taken for more than a few months let alone a year and a half. I say you lay off of it for awhile or switch up cratines. Cell-Tech demolished your liver man.

After almost 2 weeks... I am back and better than ever.

why?

I see no reason to 'cycle' creatine.

I dunno, I took cell-tech and it seemed a lot harsher than other creatines I've taken. I would suggest switching up brands once and awhile. Just my .02.

Muscle Tech is a dirty word around here(just because it's way overpriced). I personally would take creatine preworkout and protein post workout.

Personally I would not bother with any over priced sugar concoction.

Yeah me neither, this is just the stuff my dad buys so i use it. Do you have any suggestions for other supplements that work the same way the mass and cell-tech work for cheaper?

There are pleny of creatines out there that can be used. I sell MuscleTech, but not at the local GNC price. That's why the college kids love us. Try the CEE by Iron Mag Labs for a change of pace.

Cell-Tech is a creatine mono but should not do any harm to your liver.

Go with a cheaper creatine and you'll be fine and dad will be happy as well.

I haven't taken it in years but from what I recall it felt a bit harsh on the internals.
