what should i take?

i weigh around 175 pounds and im about 5 foot 10 and i have been working out for around 8 months. im benching around 290 pounds and squat 425 pounds. but im at about 17% body fat. I want to increase in mass but i want to get rid of that body fat. i want to get shredded and at the same time get even bigger muscles. i still want more size and i want to get stronger and hopefully get my bench to around 375 pounds, but i want to be ripped.

i have read about hundreds of different supplements to take but i dont know which one to get. they all sound amazing but im sure some are a rip off. all im taking right now is just protein, but i want an extra boost to get me going before i get in the gym.

what do you recommend i take to get more size but at the same time start to get rid of this fat i got and get ripped to around 8% body fat? hopefully do it by the mid of march if possible

At your age protein is good, not a lot of shit you want to start messing with until your body is done developing. CEE would probably be your best bet. To get cut you need to clean up your diet by looking in the sticky posts in diet & nutrition and insert 30-40 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week..

There's not very much creatine in NO Xplode. I'd opt for something like Xceed.

Xceed is pretty damn good. Nothing CRAZY as far as a pre-workout boost, but I can definitely feel it working durring my workout and I am seeing some nice results. I say give it a shot.



After almost 2 weeks... I am back and better than ever.

Very true, but this can be changed with the addition of caffeine. The nice thing about Xceed is that it doesn't have caffeine in it, so folks who train late aren't hit with insomnia.

Yup. Trust me, I love the stuff. Not to mention the NHA stack.

BTW, XCeed and Vodka are great for my party nights.

I've often heard people try this. I'm not drinking at the moment, so I have no idea. Someone told me that cherry Xceed and vodka is quite tasty.

As for the NHA, I wouldn't know. Girls don't get all of the fun supplements.

LoL, yeah I only drink about once a week, and tonight was my first night trying the Cherry Xceed with Vodka and it's frigg'n awesome.

Good for what? To get you addicted to caffeine? NO Xplode doesn't have enough creatine in it and you'll have to buy more creatine to take with it. It's powdered caffeine and that's why people love it.

Go for Xceed and if you want some extra boost, drink a cup of coffee or some strong green tea.
