I was talking to a BB friend of mine and he said I should try some stuff called Clen to help with my weight loss. He said to stack it with caffiene and ephedrine. I can't seem to find it online. Anyone know where its sold?

im pretty certain clen is not for human consumption, so it can be very dangerous if taken incorrectly.

I see that one of its more common uses in the medical field is in treatment of asthma. So I'm thinking it is safe for human consumption.

how retarded of me, yes i was thinking about dnp i believe. clen is essentially a more potent ephedrine, so all the risk associated with that are simply upped.

start at 20 mcg a day and add another 20mcg a day till you reach about 80mcg. do that for about a week and then taper off till day 14. most people go two on one off and its probly a good idea if you are just starting out. once youve had your week off start again at 40mcg a day and ramp up till about 100-120mcg depending on what you can handle. just remember to taper off of it slowly and dont think that its going to be a miracle drug because you still need to work.

I know it's not some miracle I just have plateaued at around 14% and no matter how clean I eat or how much cardo I do my body just needs that little nudge. What can I reasonably expect in the first 2 weeks?

no you should hit 80mcg at day 3 or 4 depending on how bad your side effects are and then maintain that till day 11 and then drop it by 20 mcg a day till day 14 then take a week off. Do the same thing second time around but start higher and see if you can handle a higher dosage. your really going to have to play it by ear...so to speak.

totally depends on how good the clen is, and how you personally respond. some people lose 20 pounds in two weeks, some lose none.

id take most of it right when you wake up in the morning. other then that dont take any after 4p.m or an hour before or after a workout, it's gonna fuck with your breathing. also if you didnt know this already i'll remind you that your going to NEED 3-5g of taurine everyday to deal with the sides and i'd be prepared to have some sweaty sleepless nights.

try searching the brand you have on the internet and compare pictures to see if its legit.

Same here. I am deathly affraid of needles so that is not even a thought. Seems like the ag-guys only sell liquids and the like so no biggy.

yah there are other sources on the net that sell spray bottles that seem to be pretty damn straight forward. its like using a breath freshener.

if the ephedrine aint workin then why will clen? i know its beating a dead horse but if you cant lose weight with diet and cardio alone then you certainly wont lose it with some drugs.

albuterol is very similar to clen but it doesnt have the anti-catabolic effects that clen does.
