MultiVitamin - Doex it matter which?

I've been taking a multivitamin for the past three months. I got it from Walgreens.A bottle of 100 pills was $5.99. The bottle is now almost gone so I need to get another one.

I'm wondering if I should go back to Walgreens, buy another $5.99 bottle and carry on as I have been doing, or whether anyone has any info' on a multivitamin(type) product that may be better.

Any advice much appreciated.

in my opinion you get what you pay for, so yeah I think it matters.

The only thing I look for is the "natural" tag on them. Otherwise yeah, you get what you pay for.

Any recommendations on where I should go to find something natural & high quality? I suspect that the walgreens vitamins may have been sat on the shelf (somewhere between here and Indonesia - or wherever!) for months already.

Holy crap dude. I just took a look at your fitday. You have more beer calories than food calories. What's up with that?

Natures Plus Sources of Life or Pure Nutrient 850.

I just looked through some of the old posts and found this reference:

It seems that there are as many vitamins as there are opinions! I eventually settled on "NOW Adam" vitamins. Whether they are "better" depends on who you ask, but they do seem to have more in them than the average vitamin.

NOW ADAM is a good multi that isn't too expensive like Animal Packs. Unless you are deficient I don't think a multi will have a vast effect. My rule of thinb is the crappier your diet the better the multi you need. If you eat a well balanced diet a $5 walamrt vit is probably good enough.

The NOW Adam pills weren't much more than that, so I'm probably doing OK then. Thanks!
