yeah it works, its creatine monohydrate, take 5 grams and ur set, split up ur serving and ull be retaining water in no time.

oh it works wonders, i started taking it about three months ago and i never felt better. i realized right away when i could rattle off 20 power snatches in about 40 seconds. plus youll be able to go longer..

questions:

1. on tuesdays and thursdays are my conditioning days so i go running.. should i still take creatine on these days?

2. should i lose weight before i take creatine because creatine adds bodyweight and i dont need anymore

I may be misunderstood, if you need to stay in a weight category for some reason then it will go up. Bf wont.

creatine is a great endurance supplement. just make sure your getting 1-2 gallons of water a day.

I would not advise taking creatine at age 15... that's just my opinion.

Creatine is not needed at 15, also loading phases are a bunch of garbage for the most part, loading phases can saturate creatine receptors in the muscle leaving it worthless for some time..
