Creatine Mono
Yea, i did it, I went out and got some of this:
http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/store/e...jsp?id=ZF-7113 But i have sum questions.. i currently am takin multi. vitamins and WHEY along with this creatine.. How much water do yall think i should drink a day and also when exactly do I take the creatine? Can I take it with the WHEY? And also how much creatine do I take? On the container it says 2x daily but isnt there a loading stage? if there is, it is not mentioned on the container.. Thx guys! |

On non training days you can take it whenever. Hell try to drink a galon of water a day and you should be ok. Of course you can take it with your protein as well. I have read alot about loading not being necassary. But normally loading is 10 grams a day for a week I think? But I could be wrong.

No, I think youre right.. But im not gunna start taking it till i get down to about 180 because it puts on weight but ya thanks bro

I hope I'm not to late, but loading period should be 20 grams and after that I would take 5g daily. I like to take it one hour before workout, it opens my blood stream and my muscle bulge. Creatine Mono. is my least favorite because the monohydrate is filling the muscle's with water and appearance wise they are good on the cycle, but when your are done with the cycle you lose a lot of both appearance and strength. Get something new like Creatine ethyl-esther. (CE2) it works well and the gains last longer. Make sure you drink a tons of water, and eat a lot. Gains will be sure to come. (DONT BUY FROM GNC THEY RIP YOU OFF BTW)

thanks bro, ya GNC is way too commercial for me so i go 2 vitamin shoppe but ya im usin mono. umm but ive decided im not going to take it since i get down to about 180 LBS. because it adds bodyweight so ya but thanks bro u helped me out alot!
