The liquid is like snake oil. IMO go with either the pills or the powder. I prefer the powder, but that's just me.

ya me to my frend got the liqued and was just cing if i was right when i told him it was not as good he sad some huge gay at gnc or what ever told him it was good the power was to hard on the kidneys i told him they are all retarded there
