I am in the military and I am looking for LEGAL supplements to take that aren't gonna make me go broke. What is the best thing I can buy to get me cut and thick. And where can I buy it? Thanks for the help people.

Centrum performance for Multi **Costco brand is better deal
Fish Oil**Costco brand is better deal
Whey Protien
NO Explode is good pre-workout
