looking for a little help

Perusing the forums here, is alot of info.

I will just ask out right. I am looking for something to help me lose weight, I only have an AB chair at home, and a couple dumbells, to workout with, I cannot afford to hit the gym, so I need something to work without a gym.

My biggest problems is I have no energy and drive since nothing I have chosen has been the right stuff, even though it seemed to work for me.

Also, I know this is a little off the subject here, but after I worked out and made all my gains, which really weren't much compared to some here, I started getting fatty tissue deposits, and I wondered if anyone else had this problem after they were done with them as well.

Does anyone think there is something in the BB world that might help disolve them through a natural process?

Thanks in advance..

The key is, as many women fail to realise, that diet doesnt mean a transient change with 1 key food group eg the grapefruit diet, you have to make your diet consistantly healthier.

complex carbs, good fats, protein, veg n fruit etc..,.

I love it when a plan comes together.

On top of what I said, after re reading you 2nd (if not a little misguided) post, is that even with creatine, NO, etc... if your diet isn't in place, it's all pointless.

you have to get the basics right before you can advance.

I have to agree - It's really tough to stick with a program at first, especially the diet part.... little did i know at first how crucial it was.

Just incorporate cardio in with your weights,,, walking, jogging, ride a bike or whatever and get your diet in place and you'll be good. It just takes time and patience..

if you check into the stickies at the beginning of the diet section , there are a couple plans pretty much spelled out for you, depending on what you want to accomplish..

There are some really good suggestions to get your started.. why don't you check those out, then come up with a plan - post it and then you'll get suggestions on how to make it better

Hey man all your answers can be solved within this book.

http://www.cutdiet.com/

You only have to pay shipping and handleing. I myself bought it. It has SO much information for both novice and advanced weight lifters/fitness figures. It has a terrific outline for both a diet and weight training program. By the sounds of it the weight training program isnt accessible to you. Maybe once you get a memebership you could follow that program. But definatley dude, buy this book it will set you off the on the right foot.

but you guys know what, he is right, he is WAY more athletic than I am.

We will not go into comparison of lives or abilities, but he is right about what he said.

I appreciate you all sticking up for me, and agreeing with him not being an ass about this..but he is right in his own way..

I also will say I have decided to stop sitting on the bench, and try a bottle of LEAN or Phentadrine, and see where it leads me.
I am a slow starter and procrastinator, also a perfectionist, wanting to not make the wrong decisions anymore.

anyone have any views on either product?
