Probolic-SR
Probolic-SR is a 12 hour time releasing protein. Anyone ever use it. I bought some yesterday. FIgure I would use it before bed.

I thought it tasted pretty good (chocolate), but aside from that I didn't agree with the price. Seems to be a quality product with good reviews, but the stuff can run the bill up fast if you take it too often. I'm not sure how it works exactly, as in how it is released over time. One reason why mixing whey and casein has the upper hand, IMO.

I personally liked the product. The taste was alrite. I made the mistake of buying the orange cream. It seemed to be alot heavier than most proteins. The only thing I didnt like was the aount of servings per tub. Kinda rough on the wallet.

Yeah I can agree with that completely! But yeah its a very heavy protein for sure. I tried mixing it with 6 ounces of water and couldnt had to mix with like 12. My muscles seemed very full this morning though. Normally after a nights rest they seem kinda flat and I eat about an hour before bed everynight. Oh well we shall see.
