Basically plain and simple.... They don't and it is a waste of money.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Why would a 21 yo need a test booster...there hormones are already raging. How much difference do you think a test booster would make. They aren't testoterone. They may make a slight difference in someone 35+, but not anything significant or they would be using test boosters for HRT...and guess what they aren't.

Think of it like this.

There is no point in taking a certain vitamin unless you have a deficiancy. If you take it while you don't have a deficiancy, it does nothing.

Young studs like myself bust a nut in our girlfriends 5 to 10 times a day. Thus depleting my test.

Are you then against a multivitamin unless you have multiple deficiencies?

This is what everysays.
I tried a couple tribulus products and activate by D.S. about a year ago.

I can feel a difference with the tribulus more than any other supp. Im pretty sure my test isn't naturally low. Maybe I am just a odd one and responds to trib. very well. I stopped taking it becuase of acne but I might try it again over spring break, my face isn't as prone to zits now.

Yes. I think, your question is kind of broad. Depends. Taking in vitamins that are deficient in your system should be taken, and a surplus of other vitamins wouldn't really matter, it would just be easier to take a multi. That is of course if the fat soluble vitamins aren't in high concentration, which they generally aren't.

If you weren't deficient in any of the vitamins, then you wouldn't not need them. However, multivitamins are useful to people in this day and age because they suffer nutrient deficiencies from over processed foods. It's kind of like dietery insurance.
