Mono v.s. CEE
whats the differnece between the two?(im talking about creatine) But my main question is i have been on creatine mono for a while and i have noticed water retention in my face and had a big weight gain of 25 pounds in about 4 months. Now my question is now if i transfer to creatine cee will i lose the wieght i have gianed? because i dont want to lose this weight i cant afford the weight loss because i play football. And if i go and take creatine cee will it be harder to gain weight?

cee is creatine ethyl ester.
here is more info.. http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/cee.html the weight you have gained hopefully is muscle which you will not lose. if its water weight, then it is possible to lose some. really all you should be concerned with is strenght, which should be fine. |

i know the cee is gentler on the stomach, but it's suppose to have the same effects as the mono version.
