How can i make my veins show
ive been taking nitric oxide but it dont work
any ideas or other suplements

get super super ripped, dehydrate yourself and then eat some carbs. works everytime.

pics/bodyfat measurements/height/weight?

its purely a bodyfat issue for me. get under 10% and then keep going, hard to see veins though fat.

you shouldnt/dont have to rely on a supplement to make your veins show. You can lift a lot more than me, but I bet im leaner and have good vascularity. you just need to change tack and get ripped up for a bit instead of concentrating on strength/size to get them.

if you really are 15 and you can do what you say then you are extremely strong for your age. But why are you worried about showing off viens freshmen year of HS? The reason why I said what I said was because you didn't leave us with any info and it was my first response.

5'8 215 pounds is definitely a good amount of body fat
i am 17, 6'0 and 175 and i am not "ripped" but have tris the size of my head haha

Just focus on your diet man, if you lower your body fat your vascularity will improve, for sure.
