    Yet another question

I am a newbie here, and I am sure that there have been a million cell tech nitro tech questions, but I am also wondering if anyone has used these and if they worked at all for you.

    Welcome to IM Vale Tudo

I can't answer your question...I just wanted to know how long you've been doing MMA?

Wow, someone who actually understoo what vale tudo stood for!!! Well i trained and fought in full-contact karate for almost 9 years, (could only fight officially once I turned 18) and then for almost 2 years now I have been doing MMA and Vale tudo. That stuff is my life right now, it is so addicting! I am training for some smaller shows right now, and will hopefully fight in King of the Cage within a year or two, then hopefully Ultimate fighting Championship withing 3. I am here to try and pack on a little bit more stregnth and mass to help out with my fighting.

That's cool, do you have contacts for King of the Cage yet or is that a future goal? My husband and I (he goes by mmafiter here) own a grappling/MMA club...he's a pro fighter and we train quite a few fighters in our area. Have you had a fight yet or still training for one?

From what i have read thus far on these forums, you are the person to talk to about diets also, I might be asking you quite a few questions about cutting weight and body fat if that is ok!

I have used both of them and Cell tech is ok for a very lean person. I used it last summer and i got about 6 pound weight gain in two weeks and also an increase in strenght. As for nitro tech. It is not worth your money. I have even found better gains from way cheaper whey protien.
