    Help

    I am 17 years old and just started lifting again because my wrestling season just ended i weigh around 125-130 naturaly with around 10-11% bodyfat. Befor the season i was benching like 150 and i forget how much i was squatting. Any suggestions on what supplements i should take.

    Food

    You don't need supplements, just lots of food and proper lifting.

    Diet first
    but i'd say - whey, creatine, multi-vitamins/minerals(must).

    Ya i was thinking whey or creatine. I just wanted some other oppinions

    And my diet right now is good. It could be better but since my wrestling season just ended i am trying to regain some of the weight i cut and i am enjoying all the foods i missed since the season started.

    well if ur wrestling next season keep that in mind, u dont wanna get jacked up and have to cut too much weight later next season. Whey/Creatine should be fine, and eat rite

    at 17 I recommend:

    multiple vitamin
    EFA (essential fatty acids)
    whey protein

    that is all.

    At your age you do not need anything but the right diet and proper liftin..but if i was to recommend a supplement... "no explode" should be good.
