Food

You don't need supplements, just lots of food and proper lifting.

Diet first
but i'd say - whey, creatine, multi-vitamins/minerals(must).

Ya i was thinking whey or creatine. I just wanted some other oppinions

And my diet right now is good. It could be better but since my wrestling season just ended i am trying to regain some of the weight i cut and i am enjoying all the foods i missed since the season started.

At your age you do not need anything but the right diet and proper liftin..but if i was to recommend a supplement... "no explode" should be good.
