Supplement Question

I have a question regarding NO-Explode. I have used NO-Explode and been very satisfied with the results. I know, I know, theres better stuff out there and true bodybuilders shouldn't even take stuff, but for me--avg guy who just wants to be fit-- it works. Currently I am not using NO-Explode (I cycled off for a few months) but I want to begin re-using the product. That said, I also want to CUT some weight (maybe 5 or 10 pounds). Since my cutting regimen would include mostly long distance running and aerobic stuff, I really don't see the need for NO-Explode during my cutting program. I do want to use NO-Explode though in order to gain muscle mass. My question then is; would it make more sense to do the cutting program first, lose the weight, and then take up No-Explode and resume a more strict weight lifting regimen, or should I put on the muscle first, and then pursue a cutting program? Or should I perhaps try to combine the two? My primary goal of course being a toned body with a sizeable amount of muscle.

Thanks!

Put on the muscle and then try and drop the extral body fat.Doing both at the same time will be difficult.

in my opinion products like no-xplode dont contribute to muscle gain, it is more mental. it is essentially a dash of creatine, caffeine and arginine. the caffeine gives you energy/focus and the arginine gives you a satisfying visual.

your fine if you don't take it, but i would focus on cutting first, then bulking later. save NO products for bulking.

none of this makes much sense.

why would you use long distance running to cut?
why would you cut creatine or a creatine based product out while cutting?

when cutting the goal is also to maintain muscle mass, you really don't change much except your diet... it helps to add in some cardio but certainly not long distance running.

unless you have some specific reason to cut why not focus on adding, or at least maintaining, your muscle mass and getting leaner?

I agree to a degree. I find it is still possible to lose fat and gain muscle with the right training and diet. I have lost a shitload of fat and still made nice gains in the muscle/strength departments.

After almost 2 weeks... I am back and better than ever.
