You can take creatine all the time. It will actually help you keep some muscle which is hard to do on a cut.

After almost 2 weeks... I am back and better than ever.

working out and eating right and in mass causes you to gain weight. a supplement will not magically do this for you. if you workout and eat right in a calorie deficient manner, then you will lose weight. creatine may help you gain a bit more muscle during thr process. if think that taking creatine will help you a lot of weight then you don't understand creatine and/or vastly underestimate how difficult it is to gain muscle.

creatine will help you increase muscle mass and it will cause some water retention, mostly intramuscular, if you are lifting weights you should use creatine...HOWEVER your profile says you're 15 years old so you should not use it.

your goal is to change your body composition so stop using your weight as a guideline. if you gain muscle mass and lose body fat you could actually be leaner yet weigh more, get it?

i think most are against taking any non necessary supplements until you are 18 or older. reason is, you are still in a growth spurt. it could deter your naturaly development.
