Universal (Women's) Fitness Pak

Any of you ladies use this? I'm looking for a new multi that includes EFA's.

http://ww1.betterbodz.com/cgi-bin/sh...?item=EU230026

It's like the guy's version, but for the women folk. It has 22 regular paks and 8 special paks for that "womanly time."

I used them for years but moved back to Indiana and got lazy since I had to order them online (the store in Vegas used to order them for me.) They seemed to be good and I never had problems with them! Actually thought about switching back here lately.

That doesn't look that great to me.

I thought you were buying it for the EFA's?

This vitamin isn't worth it. There are minute amounts of stuff in there that a women actually needs, such as selenium and iodine. The minerals are not chelated. And the B Vits are too low.

This is what I take: http://www.purecaps.com/itemdy00.asp?T1=MVF3

i've still not found any that has the 2 combined. i guess i'll have to keep taking the separately. maybe my prenatals that were prescribed to me when i was pregnant were a unique blend of the 2. dunno...

i've heard a lot of guys say they like the men's animal pak multi's. i fouond the ladie's this morning and thought it might come highly recommeneded also.

edit: lemme check your link.

Mine doesn't have the EFA's. I've always taken them separately with my meals.

is that ordered through the doctor only?

cost is important too. the site doesn't say how much that one costs.

No, I get mine through my doctor because it's cheaper but you can get a 2 month supply online for 44.00. http://www.myvitanet.com/nu950wofe360.html

thanks. i'll definately add that to my list to compare over the weekend.

i've been taking the one a day active formula and decided i'd branch out of the walmart vitamin aisle and see what's online.

The reason I like Nutrient 950 best is because it is more absorbable than the Sources of Life. Capsules have better absorption than tablets.

i do like the sources of life, it has more calcium and i tend to have a deficiency a lot.

do they sell that at drug stores?

i took a multi at one time that was a women's blend, i can't remember what it was now, but it smelled like fruit instead of pills. i'd imagine the sources of life smells more like fruit too.

No it doesn't smell like fruit.

No not at a drug store. If you have a health food store they have it but it's very costly otherwise. Buying online is much cheaper.
