what whey protein do you have and also how many grams of Glutamine do you plan in taking? I take 5 grams of glutamine along with NAC right after I lift, but as far as protein shakes go, the more the merrier.

skip the glutamine, take protein post workout, and throughout the day to meet your protein needs. mrp's when you can't get a meal.

So you only eat 3 real meals? I would drop one of the shakes and replace it with food if you can.
After almost 2 weeks... I am back and better than ever.

I take ON serious mass once during the day and post workout. It has 25g protein per heaping scoop. I would figure whey would be a better post work out choice but I like the MRP
