Ok, So i've been lifting for a couple months and have noticed changes in my body (for the good). I am taking 2 different drinks. Mass Tech and nitro-tech. what are the best times for consuming these. I an 39 y/o 175 lbs 6ft. workout with a trainer at 5am 5 days a week. and he pushes til i about puke. but its a good workout. i USUALLY EAT 3 square meals with bars and shakes in between. with other protein snacks.

there better proteins out there, but shakes are taken throughout the day to meet your protein needs. you want a whey/carb shake immediately post workout.
