    Help to speed up recovery

    Hey guys,
Since stepping up my weights routine, its been taking almost 3-4 days for my muscles to recover well enough to hit the gym again. Can anyone suggest some supps to speed up the recovery process? Its all foreign to me.

    Cheers

any kind of amino acid supp will do u well

if u got $$, get aminovol, once upon waking and once 30 min before bed
if u got mo $$ get, xyeicne nox cg3 for befroe workouts.

Yep. Check out Bluedevil's log in the DS secion. He mentions this as a benefit quite often.

BCAAs, Creatine, and beta-alanine all post workout will help if your diet is sound. I've also found that a NO boosting product taken post workout helps too as it seems to increase blood flow to the muscles for several hours.
