Since stepping up my weights routine, its been taking almost 3-4 days for my muscles to recover well enough to hit the gym again. Can anyone suggest some supps to speed up the recovery process? Its all foreign to me.![]()

any kind of amino acid supp will do u well
but what i am doign now and like a lot is mainly glutamine before bed
if u got $$, get aminovol, once upon waking and once 30 min before bed
if u got mo $$ get, xyeicne nox cg3 for befroe workouts.
really helps with my excessive/intense training.

bcaa's will help [xtend]
beta-alanine will help or a product like body octane.
replenish post workout will also help.
sugar immediately after workout, lots of water, food, rest
if that doesn't work then maybe try a supp....

BCAAs, Creatine, and beta-alanine all post workout will help if your diet is sound. I've also found that a NO boosting product taken post workout helps too as it seems to increase blood flow to the muscles for several hours.
