    Supplement help

I'm in a serious bind here. I bought Leukic a while ago and didnt use it for some reason. 2 weeks ago i started taking Leukic and its worked decently well. All of my friends have been talking about N.O.-xplode so i figured what the hell and bought some of that. I'm not really sure about these supplements nor do i know much about supplements in general. I kind of just do what the bottle says, work out hard, drink a lot of water, and eat pretty healthy. Would it be bad for me to continue taking Leukic and start taking the N.O.-xplode as well? If they don't fit well together could someone please tell me which is better for someone like me, trying to lose fat but gain a good amount of muscle. Thanks alot, i really appreciate your help.

If anyone has success or side effects stories about either of these supplements i would definately appreciate those as well. Thanks again.

Judging by your post, you diet is a lot less healthy than you think. How about you post your training and diet first then we can move on to supps.
After almost 2 weeks... I am back and better than ever.

Probably should have rephrased. I only need to lose about 5-8 pounds to get the complete look i need. I'm just trying to lose a little bit of that winter coat. Diet is great, a lot of tuna, salmon, grilled chicken, salad, some nuts, eggs and all of those things. Im 6'3 226 pounds, bench around 360, squat around 420...all in all i do some good weight thanks to football. I just really need to know if those supplements contradict eachother or will give me too much of something that will hurt me...anything negative or stupid.... Thanks again.

I lift 6-7 days a week with cardiovascular activities mixed in on random days that i lift. I have a pretty good routine through a friend of mine who gave me the sheet that he used for Penn State football.
