you ask to many questions about what supplements to take.

You need to spend more time in the gym and at the kitchen table and less time overthinking this shit.

I really don't see any reason why a 16 year old couldn't take a nitric oxide type supplement. I can understand the legal reasons for not recommending it but I'm not sure it would really have any negative effect on their development or maturity. I could be sorely mistaken though and it would probably be a wise choice to ask your doctor what is permissible to take at your age.

seeing that most NO products are primarily Arginine in one form or another, i.e. AAKG, you're right it would not hurt a 16 year old. we just typically don't recommend supps other than protein, multi-vitamin and EFA's to kids under 18.

as far as asking a doc, most have little to zero education on sups, especially something like an NO product.

I am just saying that NO products are basically an amino acid, i.e. our Nitro4 product, which is actually 4 aminos.

Hey Prince, I just got done with Nitro 4. Actually I have been done with it for some time now, but it doesnt matter.

On the bottle it states to take 3 pills before one works out. And 3 pills again with a meal (optional). However, lately I have been reading that arginine whould be taken at night before sleep.

Does the time you take this matter?

I wonder if no products could help you grow taller since they are purported to increase gh release.

The only adverse effect I could really see is a non-stop erection. At 16 it was up almost all the time, so throw in a NO product and who knows what will happen.
