most stores will give you store credit if you return it opened and still with a reciept. Just say you thought you were purchasing something else, etc..

at 15, just eat food and lift consistenty. If you aren't doing those two things properly, supplements wont do anything for you anyway. They are supplementing your already healthy diet and training. Not taking the place of. Save your lunch money kid.

I think Glutamine is beneficial and we included it in Maximum Pump which is taken pre-work-out, here is an article on it: N-Acetyl-Glutamine (NAG)

L-Glutamine is alot like religion... no one knows for sure whether a God exists and which is the "right one" to follow.... And it doesn't seem like anyone knows whether L-glutamine works or not either... but obviously there are going to be solid followers of both scenarios towards the efficiency of L-glutamine. I'm not religious but I make up for it by taking L-Glutamine. Not because I believe L-glutamine to work… but because I believe that if Armageddon is to occur, and since L-glutamine is so “coincidently” comparable to religion, I believe that the consumption of L-glutamine will make me invincible in the fight against Evil. (Ha.. watch, that’ll be in the next MuscleTech ad).
