Question Supplements for Connective tissue

I am nursing a foot sprain- through the arch not the ankle- and working out moderately while doing it.

What are the best supplements for connective tissue?

I am also taking
GNC Men's Multi vitamin
GNC Vitamin B complex with C- 400% RDA
GNC Vitamie E Liquid Gelcaps- Between 3/400% RDA every three days
Glucosamine Chondroitin

I am also eating the stuff that is high in potassium & calcium - I know they're naturally good for muscle, aches, & pains but are they good for connective tissue repair as well?

*Bananas
* Grapefruit
* Oranges
* Sesame seeds
* Yogurt
* Salmon
* Cottage cheese
* Almonds
* Sardines in Salads
* Soybeans

Thanks
TGK

I heard that Wobenzym is good for providing the additional enzymes that can aid in digesting the byproducts and "old materials" from around the joints. This lovers the inflammation. It is reportedly popular among arthritis sufferers.
