do protein shakes n such,or supplements result in higher libido?

Protein shakes probably won't unless you are deficient. Other supps classified as test boosters should. But nothing is a magic bullet, you need to have your life in order to reap any benefits. If you don't exercise, eat a healthy diet, or get adequate sleep supplements won't be able to make up for these deficiencies.

I don't see how, and even if there was an indirect correlation I cannot imagine it would be noticeable.

dosent nitrex by bsn say it will give u more libido after like a week on it

no products do not raise libido. some test boosters do, maca will etc.

No products may boost libido indirectly. Increased bloodflow can improve erection quality and if you have a problem getting it up, well it can help there.

But you really need to know what's cuasing the low libido. Is it stress, lack of sleep, poor diet or a disease. A doctor may have to run some blood tests to see if you are deficient somewhere.
