Which supplements

Hi guys, I am in the Us army and am over in Afghanistan right now.
I currently take a multivitamin (mega man sport) in the morning us NO-explode before my workouts cell mass after with glutamine. I need to get a protein also.

I want to get bigger. I am 5'7" and 150 pounds

what do you guys recommend I use for supplements along with a decent diet (what they feed us) and a regular work out schedule?

sorry I would do more reasearch but we can't get on the web much.

its hard to say without knowing what you have access to.

make sure you take a carb + protein drink post workout, that will help. finish the glutamine, and then never buy it again. i would say x-factor might be the best stand alone mass gainer that is legal, but if you are active in the field i would just stick with creatine and protein. an eaa + carb drink pre workout would be beneficial as well.

still on here so i cna give you a quick update

we go on missions but stay at the FOB so I can hit the gym on a regular bases. we have a good gym with basicly all the free weights and type of benches along with machines. I can order anything thats legal ( I want every thing to be legal) so basicly and legal products on the market. I read about testosteron boosters? was not sure if they were legal or not or if they are helpful.

also my body fat right now is about 6% I was able to workout a little befor I got here but i am still small and weak, bench is about 170 one rep max.

I am also training for Mixed Martial arts fighting if that helps you guys out.

I would stay away from X-Factor. I've read people experiencing a number of sides including headaches and increased muscle soreness. These could greatly affect your duties and I really don't think it's worth it given your current situation. Creatine and nitric oxide products may help. Also consider beta-alanine as it increases endurance. Otherwise just try to get as much protein as you can.

how old are you? i think eaa's pre [8-beta anabol, vendetta, all-in-one] and a good post workout protein [replenish, myozene etc.] are very beneficial.
test booster are better suited for mid 20's
and up. activate can work for 18 and up as it works on free test as opposed to overall test. the effects are still better felt if you are out of your teens.

hey if u have basically everything in check, because glutamine is an opinion supplement, i wont recommend it (but i do take it)

how much do uge tthe no xplode and cell mass for?? because i dont like the caffeine produucts ( no -xpldoe) and i dont think cell mass is too bad.

I also trian for MMA as well, i will tell u my supplement guide and u can see 4 urself.

nox cg3 (creatine, no, glutamine) before workouts
aminovol (helps with recovery, i would think u need some amino acid supp because being in the army and all, u could use all the recovery u need, but aminovol is pricey so find a cheaper version)
used to take protein/dextrose after workouts but not anymore (not much of a diff in gains IMO)

So in a few sentences , i'd just recommend creatine/no, anything that can help u recover faster, (amino acids, bcaa's, etc.) and I say if u cant get more food other than what they give u, get some meal replacement shakes for extra calories because looks like u can gain some weight.
one big thing i would change is the no-xplode, it may help u with ur workouts cuz of the caffeine, but thru out the day ur energy levels may be lower than it can be. If u really need the caffine i say drink a little tea or coffee.
