amino acids question
I have taken, L-taurine, L-Proline, L-Arginine, L-Methione, and a few others.
How effective can amino acids be if used right? Which are the best? When is best time to take them? Before/after workouts. Is it bad to take to many? What are benifits? |

As with anything too much is bad.
Aminos can aide in recovery if used properly. A lot of people report reduced muscle soreness. L-leucine can aide in protein synthesis and should be used post work. BCAAs or EAAs are taken during and posst. Some also take the pre workout as well. Obviously it's best to use them surrounding a workout and use conventional proteins at other times. |

Why is taking an individual amino acid supplement a good idea? won't it inhibit to use of other amino acids that are essential?
