Little help?
Well I been Looking around and really don't know what i should take for Supplements.
Well i am 17 and going out for Track and football Weight:133lbs Height:5.7 I want to bulk up some and get to around 150 or 160 and also increase my speed Any tips or Supplements/Training programs That i should Do Thank You for you help Timbos |

youre too young for PHs. Dont mess with them.
Try adding more protein and clean carbs to your diet. As for training, read the stickies on p/rr/s training. Or if you are tacked for time try a Super Squats routine-it will also help you in your quest for more power and size. |
