cellmass is great, thats what i use. i have 10 empty bottles of it and N.O-Xplode haha. great products. you might gain some water retention but not that much. once your off of it it won't make a difference much. if you do feel like your a waterhead lol then just take a duretic. i reccomend MRM's H20 lean Pills. they drain about 5-6lbs outta me everytime i use them. hope this is the info you need/want

It amazes me how folks will buy something then ask if it is any good. Shouldn't you ask that question before you shell out the dough? Anyway, my experience is that creatine is creatine is creatine. What you take it with and the timing of when you take it are just as important. So do a little research on creatine and you will have to decide for yourself if what you bought is any good (for you) or not. I buy the cheapist CEE I can find and do not scrimp on the dosages.

Your muscles are made up of somewhere around 73% water without creatine supplementation

The worlds most ripped looking muscle is made up of the same

Well I've always had asthma, it just doesn't flare up that often unless its dusty or I'm around really furry animals.

But creatine sped up my heart and gave me asthma, and yea it got better after I stopped.

Well I was taking a different brand of soy protein also at the time, I've been reading up on soy always thought it was good for you but dam theres alot of bad info on it.

Read up on creatine monohydrate "gnc" couldn't find a side effect. Not say theres not any but its making me consider where I put the blame.

Creatine Monohydrate has a handful of "side-effects" if not taken properly, but I have never heard of asthma being one of them.

When is the best time to take Creatine. I heard conflicting things like one hour before you work out or one hour after etc.

What do you long time users find the most effective

15 minutes before and right after your workout is what is suggested. I take mine before, after, and during. I mix 5g of powder with water and drink 1/4 before, 1/2 during, and 1/4 after my workout.
