want to try creatine...
I am 28, 175 lb, 5 10. I have never did steroids and I do not like taking any kind of supplements besides protein powder.
anyways, right now I am on a fat burning diet and weightlifting and its going well. I just about burn off all of the fat I wanted so now I plan to try creatine. Is this any good? I have heard about it, but dont know if its a bunch of BS. what I understood from it, is that it retains water, and makes you look bigger but your really bloated from water. Well, if I dont have any fat on me, and I try this, how long before I see gains? Will I see gains? Will it mess me up in the long run? |

creatine doesn't simply work by retaining water.
read up... http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/likness2.htm there is a ton more info out there, creatine is a staple supplement and is well worth picking up. start with a creatine monohydrate, a creapure is ideal. |

Creatine Monohydrate is a good starting point but some people experience bloating and for others it doesn't work. So if you don't experience favorable results don't write off creatine, there are other forms that you should try. I like CEE even though it has a bitter taste but it's up to you to find the one that will work best for you.
