yea i no what most of you are going to say but i have recently had read that there are kids that are very short that are taking hgh at a young age to be atleast average height. well i am around average height at 5'8 but im 16. yea no i no what your going to say at youre age you dont need that stuff or etc. well i dont care about that, My question is that is if i take a hgh product will it increase my height in anyway? and if i do take it will there be any side effects in the future or anything?
I think he's talking about l-arginine or other aminos that are purported to bosot gh levels. I doubt it will work but I don't think it would be harmful to take aminos. I also heard that some doctors prescribed anti-estrogens to children to help them grow taller and it did have success. Both endeavors are risky and I wouldn't advise either unless it's under the supervision of a doctor.
yea, there really isnt enough studies about long term effects of hgh. and if your 5'8 at sixteen your definatly not gonna get it from you doc. Most effective way of getting HGH into your system is injection through your belly button... all in all its more danger for you than its worht. i have heard of pills such as, dheh,(i believe) that are precursors for HGH that are much easier to get. hm.
