When to take caffeine before workouts?
I usually take ~200mg of caffeine 20 min before my workout having based this on previous experience.
However, on the flex website, it said it should be taken 1-2 hours before hand which I thought was crazy because most of it wil be metabolised by this time. Do you guys think 20min is a good time? Thanks!!! |

well N.O-Xplode has caff. in it i think 200mg's a scoop. i take 3 scoops and that is plenty enough to get me up and going. plus i take 200-400mg in the morning too.
