Creapure Creatine

I am looking into purchasing some creatine for the first time. Actually the first supplement besides Protein in 6 years. A lot of people give high ratings of Creapure Creatine products and was wondering what everyone thought of Kaizen Creapure Creatine.

I would personally buy one which is pure powder without all the sugars, sold as a transport system. Then add the carbs in as required, this way it will be cheaper and when on a cut you can still use it and maintain a stable inslin platform to burn burn burn that fat

You can get plain (Weider brand) creatine powder in a 400 container for around $12.....used as directed it seems to last forever. Don't spend $80 for some overhyped brand! Pure creating monohydrate is like salt; it don't matter if you buy Morton salt or Walmart salt......It's the same shit!

If you need a carb transport system, use 4 tbsp of dextrose and 2 scoops of protein powder.

Prolab creapure creatine is the only creatine that I will spend my money on. I suppose as long as any creatine is labeled creapure it is all good.

Post workout is the best time to take your creatine. I like to add mine to my recovery drink. I add 10g creatine, 50g of whey protein isolate and 50g of a high glycemic carb (dextrose/corn sugar) in a 20 oz shaker cup with some water. Shake vigorously and drink it down immediately.

Personally, I think iit's a waste of money for all the bells and whistles when dealing with creatine. What the hell are you paying for?? Fizzy bubbles in the water? Kool-Aid in the water?? There's so many different and sometimes stupid combinations of creatine. The one that is mostly dealt with in research experiments is usually "plain old vanilla" creatine monohydrate. It doesnt make sense to piss your money away. Anyway, I'm a teacher and the last time I checked, I make jack-diddley for a salary, so i have to invest wisely.
I make my own "home brew of Cell Tech's ridiculously overpriced shit product and I have waaaay more than thirty stupid little 26.5 day joke of a supply. Why the hell should I get overcharged just to put a scoop of dextrose and some kool-aid in my drink?
As for Creapure-IMHO-dont waste the money. it's still a variant of regular creatine.

I agree with you about the fancy over hyped/over priced sugar creatine transport systems. In an above mentioned post I gave my post workout/creatine delivery method.

As far as the quality of your creatine is concerned I would spend the extra couple of dollars and buy a brand with the Creapure stamp of approval. That Creapure stamp means that it was tested by an independent laboratory and you are getting what you are paying for CREATINE.

The market is flooded with cheap creatine that is full of contaminates like creatinine/mercury/lead/rat feces!!!...that creapure stamp means alot to me and my health.

Actually, looking at my plain creatine-it does in fact have creapure on it. Sonofabitch....you learn something new.
