Im trying to find a supp that will let me lose fat and cut appetite and help me keep the muscle i have. I know this stuff does not happen over night by any means Just looking for advice from people that have tried the stuff i do not want to go by it and not work also what are side affects from the stuff you recomend, also want to avoid steroids.
Maybe just a fat burner such as hydroxycut. Pop a couple of them and hangout on the treadmill for a while. It will do a good job with gettin you cut. I always doing my leaning cycles with hydroxycut, and sometimes even ephedra. I wouldn't try to push ephedra though. Stick with the stuff that's legal.
