A good diet first. What's your experience, diet, and stats look like?

the only supplements you should take are creatine and protein if you are a beginner. and these shouldn't be taken until your sort your diet and routine out.

protein is defintiely a must for starters, then once diet and training are down, then creatine otherwise it will go to waste.

multivits are also a good addition.
I love it when a plan comes together.

Depending on age you really dont even need creatine unless you carry a good amount of bodyfat. Trouble posted something not long back that explained that very well.

Multi is a good addition. Beta-alanine and creatine are also worthwhile additions even for newbs. But of course like everyone else said you need to get your diet and training in order first. Protein is always a must but you can obtain that through diet.

Creatine, pick mono first. Creatine monohydrate is the most researched and proven form of creatine. Try these brands
-Any creatine product that uses "Creapure"
    -Creaform from Primaforce
    -Creatine mono from Prolab

I would say make sure you are getting some whey protein pre and post, I prefer a blend. An hour and half to two hours before you sleep make sure you have a meal(chicken or fish or turkey, veggies, sweet potato and some good fats(avocado, almonds, olive oil, fish oil).

I truly believe that people don't give the pre-bed meal enough credit or relevance.

If having a whole-food meal is sometimes impossible, go with the following
    -10-16 oz of 1% milk
    -12 to 16 almonds
-1 scoop of Ultra peptide from Xtreme Formulations or Micellar Matrix from ISS research

Just wondering, why should you not take creatine unless you have a good amount of body fat?
Also, why would you want to have a sweet potato before bed? - wouldnt that be a lot of carbs?

Don't know about the first thing but I would cut out the sweet potatoe before bed. Stay away from the carbs as the day goes on especially if you are on a cut.

Focus on your carb intake, protein intake, calorie intake and fat intake and cholesterol intake(if your not an atkins diet fan) Read the stickies about a proper diet and youll be on your way.
