Its good stuff, id recommend running two tubs of it a cycle. Be sure to drink a decent amount of water and maintain a healthy diet and you will get good results.

Yeah and the Berry Blast tastes pretty good in a sour kind of way.

I take NO-Xplode pre, which I think is a big ass scam. I won't be buying it again and I take Cellmass (which i really really like) durring my workout. As I am working out I will sip on it and usually take my last sip during my final set. Then a nice oats and whey shake right after my workout. Results have been great so far.

I ordered cellmass and I was wondering how you guys took it with the loading fase and what not? There are only 3 grams per serving...So I was just wondering if someone could give me a brief rundown of how they took it.

    Thanks,
    Kyle

I took my cellmass with my first serving of arginine earlier in the day and then directly after my workouts...F the loading phase, its pretty worthless to do and it can actually mess ya up by saturating creatine receptors. Just take it twice a day and make sure you take it after your workout. Taking it with some carbs will help shove the creatine into your muscle too so its not a bad idea to eat some carbs while taking it.
